Job Description
- Initiate projects by developing project scope, objectives, identifying all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks and a resource plan to track live progress of projects- Measure project performance in terms of timeline, cost, and project results- Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Lead the planning and implementation of projects- Coordinate with all stakeholders (team, third parties, clients) for flawless project execution- Manage project resource allocation- Report and escalate to management as needed- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Serve as a Scrum Master in the sprint process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management or related field- At least 2 years of project management and related experience- Proven ability to solve problems creatively- Strong familiarity with project management software and hardware tools, methodologies, and best practices- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle- Excellent analytical skills- Critical thinker, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills- Team player, Attention to details and Proactive problem solver- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
