Job Description

Operation - ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของบริษัท- จัดเก็บเอกสารต่างๆบริษัท - จัดประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี- Update ข้อมูล BOI ประจำปี (รายงานความคืบหน้า)- จดทะเบียนบริษัทกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เช่น DBD, สรรพากร, ประกันสังคม- ประสานงานกิจกรรมในบริษัทFinance- ออกเอกสารใบเสนอราคา ใบวางบิล และใบกำกับภาษี- ออกเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่าย- วางบิลลูกค้าตามยอดขายต่องวด เดือนละประมาณ 10-20 ยอด- ตามเงินที่ลูกค้าทำจ่ายตาม payment term- เตรียมเอกสารบัญชีประจำเดือน แสกนเก็บ ส่งตัวจริงให้บริษัทบัญชี (outsource)- ทำจ่ายรายจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ เช่น ค่ามือถือ ค่าเช่าออฟฟิส- Update ยอด IT expense ค่า software ต่างๆ คอยตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยว่าลบคนที่ลาออกไปแล้ว ไม่ให้บริษัทเสียเงินฟรี- จ่ายภาษีประจำเดือน (ไม่ต้องยื่นเอง บริษัทบัญชียื่นให้)HR- สรรหาพนักงาน - onboard พนักงาน- offboard พนักงาน- ทำรายงานเงินเดือนส่งให้บัญชี (ไม่ต้องสรุปภาษี ทางบริษัท outsource สรุปให้)- ทำสลิปเงินเดือน- อัพเดทยอด กยศ พนักงาน + ทำจ่าย กยศ รายเดือน- แจ้งพนักงานเข้าออกประกันสังคม + ทำจ่าย ประกันสังคมรายเดือน- แจ้งพนักงานเข้าออกประกันกลุ่ม- จัด outing ปีละ 1 ครั้ง- เตรียม Performance review ปีละ 2 ครั้ง ช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน และเดือนธันวาคม- ทำ Visa / Work permit ให้พนักงานต่างชาติ (BOI/Non-B)อื่นๆ- support งานของ CEO- support งานทีมอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี)

Requirements

- เรียนจบระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์, บริหาร, การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี (พูด อ่าน เขียน)- เรียนรู้ไว มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และพร้อมเรียนรู้งานด้านบริหารโครงการ (PM)- สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญและบริหารเวลาได้ดี เนื่องจากต้องควบทั้งงานโครงการและงาน Operations ของออฟฟิศ- รับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน- คิดบวก นิสัยดี- ทำงานละเอียดรอบคอบ- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า- มีความรู้เรื่องเอกสารราชการ
